A. GetMarriedNow.com's secure order system uses 128 bit encryption technology. Many older browsers such as Netscape 4.0 and Internet Explorer 4.5 will not be able to connect to our order system as they are only capable of handling 40 bit encryption. Web browsers downloaded from outside the United States are called "Export Versions" and their ability to handle 128 bit encryption expires more often then domestic versions. If you have been using the same browser for over a year or it is the browser that came with your computer, then you should download the most recent browser immediately. Both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer are FREE. Click one of the links below to begin your download and begin experiencing all the internet has to offer. NOTE: Each download may give you the choice of 40 bit encryption or 128 bit encryption. Please select 128 bit encryption!

Q.The movies do not play for me. All that I get is a broken image.

A. You are most probably missing the correct plug-in to view the movie. For the Quicktime Movies you will need the Quicktime 4.0 or greater plug-in. The Quicktime plug-in is free. For the Kherson movies you must have the Real Player plug-in. (Note: The Real Player plug-in is also free but you must search very hard for the link to it on the download page.) You can get both plug-ins by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page. After you have downloaded the plug-ins, you must install them and restart your browser.

Q. I have downloaded the Quicktime Plug-In but the movies still do not play for me.

A. You must now Install the plug-in. You may have saved the installer to your computer desktop or it may be located in your "Downloads" folder. Install the plug-in by double clicking on the installer icon. After you have installed the plug-in, you should restart your browser.

A. We utilize the Flash Plug-in on various locations throughout this web site. The Flash plug-in enables you to view enhanced animations and multimedia content. You can download the Flash plug-in at the plug-in link at the bottom of this page. After you have downloaded the plug-in, you will need to install it and restart your browser.

Q. The videos take a long time to download for me.

A. The videos of the ladies are large files and can take a long time to download on limited bandwidth connections such as a 56K modem. We have opted for quality rather than blurry movies that you cannot see clearly. Unfortunately, the tradeoff is longer download times.

Q. Why are some videos Real Player and others are Quicktime?

A. Our movies were originally created for streaming via the Real Player plug-in. Unfortunately, the quality of the videos was very blurry. We are in the process of transferring all of our movies over to Quicktime as we feel the quality is superior to that of the Real Player plug-in. Soon, all movies will be in the Quicktime format.

A. You may have an older version of the plug-in which does not work with our movies. Please follow the plug-in links for both Real and Quicktime at the bottom of this page and install a current version of the plug-in that you need.
